Curiosity tends to pull me in many directions, but always with a through-line: how do we grow, connect, and create systems that support who we’re becoming? In addition to my rites of passage project, I’m actively involved in several other areas of work that reflect these same values. Below are a few of the current projects I’m involved in.
Other Projects
-
Leadership & Organizational Development
I partner with founders, executives, and teams to build healthier dynamics, stronger systems, and cultures that actually reflect their values.
My approach blends strategic thinking with emotional intelligence - and the awareness that both are fully necessary.
I’ve helped scale a tech team from 40 to 400 with an industry recognized culture; built and led the full U.S. people strategy for a global Y Combinator startup; and offered coaching to senior leadership in nonprofits, cultural institutions, and corporations.
Most recently, I guided the pioneering crisis organization Rocky Mountain Crisis Partners through a major loss of funding, helping leadership navigate grief, uncertainty, and the vital question of what to build next.
Whether the work is practical or interpersonal, short-term or deep-rooted, I bring a calm, strategic presence. I am someone who can build trust quickly, translate between layers, and help teams move forward with clarity and care.

Psychedelic Strategy & Operations
I collaborate with psychedelic organizations working within emerging legal frameworks to build infrastructure, clarify offerings, and navigate the unique complexities of this evolving field.
Combining structured strategic thinking with a deep respect for the emotional and spiritual depth of psychedelic work can be extremely challenging, and is also increasingly important.
I am inspired, motivated, and full of gratitude when I am able to help psychedelic leaders bring clarity, structure, and rhythm to the systems that hold their work.
Most recently, I am dedicating time and effort to the outstanding organization Moms on Mushrooms.
