Hi, I’m Emily
For the past 20 years, I’ve worked at the intersection of strategy, culture, and human connection. My path has woven through startups, Fortune 50s, nonprofits, and community groups. While titles have ranged from Chief of Staff, COO, Head of HR, and Executive Coach, what I’ve loved the most has remained consistent: helping people name what’s true, far below the surface, and then building structures that honor that truth.
I like to say that I’ve earned these roles through my own human experience. I grew up fast, learning early how to read the room and notice what wasn’t being said. One of my earliest rites of passage came when an abusive parent was sent to prison, followed by a domino effect of bumps in the road and course corrections. I've rebuilt my life more than once and hope to never stop evolving my identity. The most meaningful growth I’ve experienced has come in moments that asked me to be curious, to be aware, and to become more of who I really am.
I feel both lucky and proud to bring all of this together in order to help people. In being innately attuned, unconventional, and determined, I’ve been able to meet folks where they need to be met, and help them break past the surface and into the place where change is possible.
Today, I live in North Denver with my husband and our kids, where we walk everywhere we can and chase big ideas between toddler naps. My most important role, and the one that's taught me the most, is being a Mother. I’m also a plant lover, a just-for-fun photographer, a certified psychedelic integration coach, and a human who’s still learning. Travel is one of my most treasured gifts. Some off the beaten path favorites: Bergamo, Italy, Freetown Christiania, Denmark and Jerome, Arizona. Witnessing and experiencing the ways other people move through the world is an eternal reminder that life is beautiful, and hope is big.
